MediaFirst's Clients
Deliver Corresponding User Experience
MediaFist platform prioritized a consistent user experience across all devices, resulting in corresponding information design, interaction, and media content for users accessing video content on any device.
Media Platform, Not a Product
Operators can customize each component of MediaFirst to fit their service offerings and content library structure.
Agile Development
MediaFirst followed the agile development model. The design team worked with the product management team, engineers, and clients to define product requirements and deliver new features in shorter-release cycles.
MediaFirst was designed as a platform. Therefore, we approached UI as a system where layers of interface serve specific functionalities. Positioning of UI elements, communications, and metadata supported users in making decisions. Below are samples from the client's pitch decks and highlighted design work from MediaFirst interaction documents.
